EmailForYourCompany.com is operated as a service of RickerTime LLC. RickerTime is a private company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, SAM.gov, or any government agency or certifying organization.

Email For Your Company ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates emailforyourcompany.com and other sites linking to these Terms of Use (individually, the "Site", and collectively, the "Sites"). Through the Sites, Email For Your Company provides various offerings, information, and resources related to the products and services available on our Sites (each a "Service" and collectively, the "Services"). References to the Sites include the Services.

Email For Your Company may change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites in its sole discretion with or without notice. Email For Your Company is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any time or for any period. Email For Your Company reserves the right to block or deny access to any of the Sites to anyone at any time for any reason. Email For Your Company is not obligated to correct or update any information or content on the Sites.

A free email address does not automatically disqualify a business. No Guaranteed Outcomes

RickerTime LLC and Email For Your Company do not guarantee credibility, certification eligibility or approval, government response, solicitation invitations, contracts, awards, customers, revenue, or business success.

Partner Links and Third-Party Providers

Certain links may direct visitors to third-party domain, email, hosting, or related providers. Email For Your Company may receive compensation from qualifying purchases made through identified partner links. Third-party purchases are governed by the provider's own terms, privacy practices, pricing, billing, refund, and renewal policies.

RickerTime Service Fee and Renewals

The Professional Business Identity service currently displays a $299 one-time RickerTime service fee. First-year products and setup are included only as described in the applicable service details. Domain, email, hosting, and other subscription renewal charges after the first year are separate and billed by the applicable provider. Prices, product availability, and service scope may change before purchase.

General Terms

These terms of use (together with any additional terms, as described below) ("Terms of Use") are an agreement between Email For Your Company and the individuals that use the Sites ("users," "you," or "your"). The Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sites. Subject to your full and ongoing compliance with these Terms of Use, Email For Your Company hereby grants you a limited and revocable right to access and use the Sites, solely for their intended purposes. In such case, the term "you" includes the business/entity and any of its agents that use or access the Sites. By using or accessing the Sites, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to accept these Terms of Use and form a binding contract with Email For Your Company.

The Sites may include content provided by persons or entities other than Email For Your Company ("third parties"). Other than content provided by Email For Your Company, all statements and/or opinions expressed, including all articles, responses to questions, and other content are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the party providing those materials. Email For Your Company is not responsible for the content of any materials provided by third parties, and Email For Your Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such information. Information provided by Email For Your Company on the Sites is informational only. Email For Your Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided on the Sites.

Content Standards
